At KiwisCove, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

📦 Returns

• We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

• Items showing signs of wear, damage, or washing will not be accepted.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

💳 Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

• If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

🔁 Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

• If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

🚫 Final Sale Items

• Items marked Final Sale, Clearance, or Limited Release are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective.
